Meet Our Faculty
Like our student body, our faculty is a diverse and engaging group coming to Oldfields from across the states and around the world. Oldfields’ 5:1 ratio of students to faculty allows extensive flexibility to tailor each girl’s education to her abilities. The average tenure is 10+ years and 67% of our faculty hold advanced degrees.

“It is magical here at Oldfields.
I have seen girls enter, lacking self-confidence, shy in demeanor, and with little direction. Upon graduation, I see poised, confident, young women. We find something special to foster in every girl, and that is how the transformation begins.”

I am an engineer
"I love to share my passion for science by helping Oldfields' students discover and prove scientific concepts instead of memorizing them. I enjoy solving problems using science and engineering as demonstrated by one of my favorite past times—dismantling and repairing electronics—often with the help of my students. I love gadgets such as my Cricut® cutting machine and the school's 3-D printers. Engineering was great, but teaching is my dream job."
